The activites of the company concern "discovering,exctraction and developing the copper mines of Iran, producing, distribution and selling copper stone and copper metals with high fineness,distrubution and sales of products both interior and exterior, cooperation and seeking partenership in investment projects regarding copper industries and performing all the financial, commercial,industrial, mining and serving contracts activities which are either directly or indirectly concern the above mentioned matters." which is in accord with the article number 2 of the constitution .
